At Tower Bank, we offer a variety of scheduling options that meet the needs of our employees while still meeting the needs of our business.

Full-Time
Employment in which employees are scheduled to work a minimum of 1,560 hours per year or 30 hours per week. Full Time Employees are entitled to all benefits as outline in our Employee Handbook in addition to wages and other conditions of employment.

Regular Part-Time
Employment in which employees are scheduled to work 1,000 to 1,559 hours per year or 20- 29 hours per week. Regular Part-Time Employees receive wages for hours worked, certain other conditions of employment, and may receive some benefits, such as Paid Time Away.

Limited Part-Time
Employment in which employees are scheduled to work less than 1,000 hours per year or under 20 hours per week. Limited Part-Time Employees receive wages for hours worked and certain other conditions of employment, but no benefits.

Temporary/Seasonal
Employment in which employees are scheduled for a specific project or for a limited or specific time period. Temporary or Seasonal Employees may be scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week. A temporary employee receives wages for hours worked and certain other conditions of employment, but no benefits.
