WELCOME TO TOWER BANK ONLINE BANKING

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ONLINE BANKING:

New Online Banking Users (after June 8th):

  • Click on the “Online Banking” drop down menu located above.
  • Click on “First Time Log In” in the menu tab and follow the easy enrollment instructions.

Current Online Banking Users (after June 8th):

  • Click on the “Online Banking” drop down menu located above.
  • The first time you log in to the new online banking portal, you will need to re-enroll.
  • The current user ID that you have set up for online banking will remain your user ID.
  • The default password will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
  • After entering your user ID and default password, you will be asked a series of questions which will help identify you during future online banking log ins. This is an added security feature that has been implemented as a way to further protect you and your account information.
  • Upon completion of your re-enrollment, you will be asked to change your password.

Information Regarding Statements (after June 8th):

If a statement prior to June 5, 2009 is required please contact your local branch or the Customer Service Center (1-866-597-2137).
